Activities: kettlebell, stretches, yoga

Today’s Activities:

  • 20x squats
  • 10x weighted squats (8kg kettlebell)
  • 10x ‘around the world’ (head) with 8kg kettlebell
  • 10x single leg deadlift with 8kg kettlebell
  • Warrior I, Warrior II & peaceful/reverse warrior pose. (Repeated on both sides)
  • Mountain pose (arms up) with backbend

Extra daily activities:

  • Simple torso stretches before I get in the shower, to help wake me up.
  • Side stretches
  • Couple of minutes doing a stroll in the kitchen
