I’ve been busy doing my 15 mins (atleast) of activity but not had time to blog about it. Things I’ve been doing:
- 20 min walk
- Exercise bike
- Cleaning the whoooole house
So yeah, it’s been going well and nearly every day I’ve been hitting atleast 10000 steps, which is great. I’m definitely more active that before January and love the fact that Red January has bought moving more to the forefront of my mind.
