Simple, quick and tasty. Perfect for parties and for the colder weather. I can just imagine eating them, still warm, by by a crackling fire with a thick jumper or and my favourite pair of warm socks.
Tonight we wanted a quick, light dessert to satiate our sweet-tooth. I was going to make a chocolate tofu mousse but was put off by the refrigeration time. So; some frozen banana and a few minutes later we had ourselves a dessert. 🙂
